Question: Is the guide price a hint to the reserve price?

 

Answer:

No! A guide price, which is displayed in our literature, website and advertising, is provided as an OPINION only.  It is not to be taken as the reserve price, which may or may not be the same as the guide price.

 

 

Question: What is a reserve price?

 

Answer:

The reserve price is the LOWEST price the Vendor will accept on their property. This price is agreed between the Vendor and the Auctioneer in total confidence and is NOT disclosed to other parties.

 

 

Question: Can I purchase the property prior to the set closed bid auction date?

 

Answer:

Yes!  You may make an offer prior the auction for the property concerned.  Use our bidding form and send to us with an accompanying email explaining you wish to make an open offer for the property immediately.

 

 

Question: Can I view the property outside the organised viewing times?

 

Answer:

Yes, we arrange accompanied viewings on any properties by request for a fee of 30€.

 

 

Question: What do I need to pay to secure the property if my bid is successful?

 

Answer:

You will need to pay 3000€ as a reservation deposit within 24 hours of you being informed of your successful bid.  This is usually done via bank transfer.

 

Question: Can you introduce me to a reliable Lawyer to complete the conveyance?

 

Answer:

Yes! We are in a position to supply the details of several Lawyers here in Almeria.  We have no affiliations with any Lawyers and all companies details are supplied as independents.

 

 

Question: How quickly can I expect to complete my property purchase?

 

Answer: Normally within 28 days after the Auction, extensions can be negotiated.
