How do closed bid auctions work:

 

Almeria Property Auctions will feature one property for closed bids per sale.  This in turn causes no confusion and allows buyers to bid in confidence.

 

Bidders are required to register their details here, Alternatively download the registration and bidding forms here and deliver them completed to our office.  This allows you to bid for the next and subsequent auctions, essentially we will email you information about up and coming auctions.

 

Bidders are required to pay a fee of 10€ per bid, this will be refunded to the winning bidder.

 

You the bidder can decide how much you are willing to pay for the property concerned and write this bid down on a bidding form (download a bidding form here), sign it and seal it in an envelope with your payment.  Deliver your completed forms to our office or send them as attachments to our email address, with proof of payment to our account.
